Here is the quintessential Dick Clark Architecture modern home. This is a resale just off Mount Bonnell in the northwest Austin hills off 2222. It is clean, sleek, private, livable and killer modern. It has great outdoor living space including a very private screened in porch and a private pool and entertaining area. This is a modern house that's been lauded over by countless architectural magazines and has been the poster child of Austin nouveau-modern-residential-architecture. (Dick Clark, please send me $5.00 for that plug.) Achem. "Tom, is there anything not perfect about this house?!" Well, it's not a new house but it's clear that it's been very well cared for.
